Heromaker
- Start standing, holding onto two equal weighted dumbbells 
- Put both dumbbells on the floor between your feet. 
- jump or walk your feet back into a wide-legged plank position 
- Perform a Press-Up 
- row one dumbbell parallel to your belly and return to plank position 
- perform another press-up, row the other dumbbell. 
- Walk or jump your feet back to original position 
- Stand up, pull and press the dumbbells to an overhead position. 
- Repeat
