Warmup: Twist and Pull
- From standing, reach one hand across the body and pull back on an imaginary handle to your side. 
- repeat on the other side. 
- If reaching left hand to the right, pivot on the ball of your left foot to allow hips to turn. 
- Really pull and squeeze, try to force your muscles to engage.
