Dumbbell Hammer Curl
Coach Huld
- Start standing, holding two equal dumbbells at your side. 
- Brace your core, and curl both dumbbells to your shoulders, keeping palms facing each other. 
- Reverse the movement at a controlled pace. 
- Repeat on the other side. 
- Maintain a stable, strong core throughout, do not use momentum. 
- Keep your elbows tucked in against your sides, don’t let them flap or move forward.
