Plank Jack
- Start in a plank position on elbows or hands. 
- Jump your feet out to a wide position and back to a narrow one. 
- Keep your core braced, maintain the plank. 
- Don’t let your hips drift up or down or your back to bend/ arch. 
- Alternatively, walk your feet out one at a time then back in. This reduces pressure on your core and is safer for your back.
